Though it’s currently BYOB, when the full drinks menu does kick in you can look forward to a curated selection of whisky, sake and non-mainstream wines. Taking its name from radical English poet Percy Shelley, the menu here spotlights progressive seafood dishes using local ingredients where possible – think succulent lobster baos, scallop egg waffles, calabrian chili clams and more, all dreamt up by Executive Chef Braden Reardon.
